Publicis Sapient Names Claire Rawlins As Australian MD

Publicis Sapient, the digital business transformation company, has announced the appointment of Claire Rawlins as country managing director – Australia, effective August 16, 2021.  She will be based in Sydney.

Rawlins will be responsible for creating exponential value for Publicis Sapient’s clients by unlocking their growth, providing them with crucial solutions to survive and thrive in the digital age while increasing their efficiency through digital innovation.  She will drive growth for Publicis Sapient in Australia, build its operational business, further its reputation as a global leader in digital business transformation and develop even stronger connections with parent company Publicis Groupe to help companies win in the platform world.

In her role, she will lead the Industry, Capability and Corporate teams in Australia with the goal of advancing our ambitions to make client impact at scale.  She will also work collaboratively with the company’s international leaders to ensure we deliver outstanding outcomes to our clients in Australia.

Rawlins is an internationally recognised leader with strong experience in driving clients’ successful growth, cultural change and digital and technology transformations.  She has worked in large-scale, multi-region organizations within the financial services, telecommunications, retail and aviation sectors, as well as startup environments.

Over the course of her career, she has served as a strategist and digital technologist and led teams across multiple industries for companies such as Salesforce, IAG, Fidelity International and BNP Paribas.  Most recently, she was the Founder & CEO of Digital Natives Advisory & Strategy Advisor to the President of Adobe APAC, where she offered independent strategic advisory services focused on business and digital transformation in ANZ.
