Publicis Sapient Australia has been certified by Great Place to Work Australia.

Over a number of months, Publicis Sapient has been working with Great Place to Work Australia to understand its workplace culture, and gain insight into how the business can make improvements.

Great Place to Work is a research and consulting firm, which specialises in company culture and supports companies of all scales in constructing the perfect workplaces and improving them with its offices in over 50 countries.

With employee and high trust culture focused approach, Great Place to Work contributes to forming great workplace culture with its trust based philosophy as well as helping companies to increase their innovation and economic performance.

After successfully completing the Trust Index employee survey and Culture Audit workplace culture analysis, Publicis Sapient has become Great Place to Work Certified.

“We are very pleased to have gained certification by Great Place to Work Australia. Publicis Sapient Australia is committed to promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring our people feel supported, and enabling them to thrive,” said Sarah Adam-Gedge (feature image), MD, Publicis Sapient Australia.

The initiative follows Publicis Sapient Australia’s recent launch of its new Paid Parental Leave Policy, providing parents and carers with a strong support system.

These are also important steps in Publicis Sapient Australia’s ambition to attain formal employer of choice status as a WGEA Employer of Choice for Gender Equality, a leading recognition program that encourages, recognises and promotes active commitment to achieving gender equality in Australian workplaces.

The Great Place to Work Australia certification follows Publicis Sapient’s public support for the Australian Human Rights Commission’s National Inquiry into Sexual Harassment in Australian Workplaces, and its subsequent inclusion among workplaces that have issued a limited waiver of confidentiality obligations in non-disclosure and other agreements in order to facilitate submissions to the Inquiry
