Promotional logistics company Chill has launched a new-look website, designed to offer a one-stop-shop for brand activations and national into-home sample delivery.
The refreshed website includes an enhanced promotional logistics offering, making it easier for brands, agencies, and media buyers to understand and engage Chill’s services.
The new online platform includes the ability to consult directly with the Chill team on upcoming events and campaigns, upload project essentials and track orders.
Chill managing director Andrew Wade said the revamped website directly correlated with the company’s growth, particularly in providing creative brand solutions.
“Our clients kept telling us they were looking for an online space that made it easier for them to plan and manage their campaigns, so that really drove the website redesign,” he said.
“Since our launch into the logistics industry 20 years ago, our business has evolved and developed – we’re now providing more innovative, outside-the-box campaign ideas than ever before, and we’re constantly challenging ourselves to think big and lead; our website really needed to reflect that, along with our renewed focus on offering aspirational marketing solutions.”
Wade said brands were now looking for complete end-to-end logistics, including temperature-controlled options, with the packaging and delivery just as important as the product itself.
“With e-commerce at an all-time high, brands are now well-aware of how critical it is to get every stage of the product purchase right, including the delivery,” he said.
“We’ve worked with a number of leading Australian brands to orchestrate mass influencer deliveries, including an ice-cream delivery project for eBay and Messina, which required a high degree of care and attention to both temperature and product, as well as customer-centric communications from end-to-end.”
“More and more businesses are calling on us for branded deliveries like these, with custom vehicle wraps, bespoke pick and pack services and product sampling options like influencer drops to ensure their goods are getting into the right hands at the right time for maximum exposure.”
The website relaunch comes on the back of Chill’s new-look logo and branding, which was unveiled earlier this year.
