Australian bedding and homewares retailer Pillow Talk has partnered with Melbourne creative agency Whippet to evolve its brand strategy, identity and communications.
Over the past nine months, Whippet has been working closely with Pillow Talk to reset the brand strategy, develop and refine the brand identity and improve the effectiveness of all marketing and communications channels.
The partnership also includes the development of a new brand campaign and specially commissioned music track, “Home”, created to anchor Pillow Talk’s next chapter of national growth.
“Pillow Talk has always been about helping people feel more at home”, said Pillow Talk’s head of marketing, Maddy Naylor.
“Whippet’s strategic insights and creative work brings a fresh vibrancy to our brand, celebrating the simple moments and everyday details that turn the place you live into a home you love”.
Whippet MD Lucy Yeo added “We’re thrilled to have the opportunity to work with such a beloved Australian retailer, whose presence in Queensland is legendary. As Pillow Talk expands across Australia, our role has been to sharpen the strategy and inject new energy into the brand with a crystallised visual identity and music track that captures the essence of the Pillow Talk home.”
The campaign will roll out across all mainstream and digital video channels in April, with extensions through to outdoor media, print and radio.
