Piano, a leading digital experience platform, today announced further expansion in the South Pacific region, launching in Australia and New Zealand.
This will allow Piano to better serve existing and additional customers and grow its business across the region with a team dedicated to serving the Australian and New Zealand market.
Piano works with a broad range of clients across the media landscape, including large publishers, local newspapers, lifestyle publishers and magazines. The company is firmly cemented in a market rapidly moving towards a subscription-based publisher model.
Tim Rowell (pictured above), general manager, APAC at Piano said “Media businesses across ANZ are forward-thinking and innovative, and we have invested considerable time understanding the challenges that they are currently facing. We are looking forward to addressing these challenges and supporting publishers across the region with our subscription commerce and customer journey orchestration capabilities”.
“Expanding in Australia and New Zealand empowers us to better serve our APAC client base and to showcase our end-to-end platform and consultative services to a fast-growing market,” he continued.
Piano has shown exponential gains in the past four years, netting nearly 1,000 customers across six continents. Its expansion in Australia and New Zealand is a continuation of Piano’s rapid growth over the last 2 years in particular, during which the company has grown its global business by over 240%.
Piano has also been recognised annually on the Inc. 5000 and Deloitte Technology Fast 500 lists. The company has continued to expand its global presence and product offering with the acquisitions of AT Internet and CeleraOne in 2021, and SocialFlow in 2022. Piano’s platform has been named Overall Data Tech Solution of the Year in the Data Breakthrough Awards, New Product of the Year in the Business Intelligence Group’s BIG Awards for Business, Best Subscription Platform in the Digiday Technology Awards and more.
