Orchard has today announced a series of new senior hires and promotions.
Orchard has bolstered the strategy department, which includes planning, CX and data, with the appointment of Mikaela Crimmins as senior brand & digital consultant.
Crimmins returns to Orchard after three years with Ogilvy & Mather.
Crimmins was awarded ‘Creative Agency Talent’ at the recent Mumbrella NeXt awards held in December 2018.
Vadim Vichniakov joins from Marcel in Paris as CX strategist.
Vadim co-founded Marcel XD and contributed to the establishment of Marcel INIT, so comes with a wealth of experience.
Orchard managing partner Wai Kwok said: “We are strengthening with senior hires to both to cater to where our clients are asking us to support today and to future proof the agency for the challenges we believe clients will face in the foreseeable future.”
In account service, Adam Washington will now share responsibilities with managing partner Andrew Antoniou for Orchard’s consumer clients.
Previously working with Orchard in both client service and strategy capacity, Adam has been appointed practice lead: consumer.
Antoniou said: “Adam has been very committed to our clients and our work.
“He has done a great deal to drive growth in the business, and he’s a strategic thinker who understands technology, not something easily found.”
Luke Cadman joins as group account director after a stint at Sudler & Hennessey to support Kwok, who oversees Orchard’s health and pharmaceutical practice, which continues to grow both in Australia and in the US.
The appointments come after continued growth on a number of clients including Hyundai and IKEA and recent engagements with Volt Bank, P&G and Avant Mutual.
