NRMA Reappoints CHE Proximity To Develop Its CX Personalisation Model

Australia’s largest general insurer, NRMA Insurance has today announced CHEP will remain its personalisation partner, continuing to offer services across CHEP Creative, CHEP Experience, CHEP Data and CHEP Tech. Following a competitive pitch, CHEP was reappointed the account, after a four-year partnership.

Brent Smart, CMO at IAG said, “A lot has changed in the personalised marketing space in the last 4 years. We wanted to make sure we had the best capability in the market on our business. CHEP confirmed that they are head and shoulders the best in this space. It’s not just about capability, it’s about strategic thinking and big creative ideas. We are very happy to be extending this relationship and look forward to creating more great work with our friends at CHEP.”

Led by the new leadership team including CHEP CEO, Justin Hind, CCO, Gavin McLeod, and managing partner, Jessica Coulson, CHEP will deliver the next era of customer experience for NRMA Insurance and bring together the most diversified and connected skill sets available in Australia, all under one roof to answer their current and future challenges.
