Channel Nine has unveiled a funny new commercial to mark the return of NRL’s The Footy Show which parodies the TV network’s of it flagship dating show, Married at First Sight.
The ad features Footy Show hosts Paul “Fatty” Vautin, Beau Ryan, Erin Molan and Darryl “The Big Marn” Brohman preparing for the “biggest day” of their lives, copying the form of Nine’s commercials for Married at First Sight.
It’s the day we’ve all been waiting for, we’re back on THURSDAYS… And you’re invited! ??

Fans of The Footy Show have so far reacted pretty positively to the ad on social media. However, not all were impressed, with one Twitter user noting that he was more looking forward to watching Fox Sports’ new designated NRL channel.
