News Corp Australia and realestate.com.au announced a partnership which will see realestate.com.au strengthen its position as a leading source for property news, content and information in Australia.

From early December, digital property content from News Corp Australia’s major metro, regional and community publications will live at realestate.com.au/news. This partnership brings together News Corp Australia, which is the largest source of news and information in the country; and realestate.com.au which has access to the largest audience of Australian property seekers.

A dedicated national team of real estate News Corp Australia journalists, located in almost every corner of Australia from Townsville to Tasmania, will work together with the realestate.com.au editorial team, to produce national, state and local property market news every day.

“We know that Australians are property obsessed and that real estate is not a national experience, it’s local. With more local news content than ever before, people will be able to freely access the latest property news that matters most to them,” said Tracey Fellows, REA Group CEO.

“This makes realestate.com.au not only the best source of property advertising, but the place where you can discover anything to do with property, be that property news and information, market insights or spending hours engaging with property entertainment,” added Fellows.

News Corp Australasia’s executive chairman Michael Miller said:  “This deal combines the strengths of both companies and ensures our audiences can access the largest, single source of property and real estate information available online in Australia. This is equally beneficial for advertisers wanting to appeal to this audience and ensures we are able to deliver unique and impactful solutions for our clients in this space.”
