media, PR and investor relations consultancy, Media and Capital Partners, has appointed Tracey Sen to the role of chief executive officer to lead the company into a new phase of growth following a record profit in FY2021.
A proud Wiradjuri woman, Sen joins M+C Partners from GFG Alliance, an international group of businesses across energy generation, metals, mining, engineering and property sectors where she was responsible for overseeing international and domestic communications across the group.
Prior to this, she held senior executive roles as the head of marketing and communications, global express at Toll Group, Head of Internal Communications at Microsoft Australia and senior director, strategic communications at FTI Consulting.
As part of the appointment, M+C founder and chairman David Greer will step back from his executive role with the company and be replaced by Sen who joins the firm’s leadership team, comprising Justin Kelly, Ben Henri and Rod Hinchcliffe.
With 20 staff across offices in Sydney and Perth, M+C is one of the nation’s leading full-service PR and investor relations agencies, having represented some of the country’s biggest brands and supported numerous businesses through to IPO and beyond. Founded in 2014, M+C has over 70 retained clients both domestically and internationally across multiple industry sectors and is the agency of record for many emerging, high growth businesses.
