Nova’s MAFS Funny Podcast has maintained its spot in the top five of the March 2026 Triton Digital Podcast Ranker, demonstrating the hold MAFS had and still has on Aussies.

Hosted by Joshua Fox, creator of the piss-take Instagram page MAFS Funny, the podcast dives into Married At First Sight Australia spoilers, scandals, episode recaps, rants and exclusive interviews, building a loyal audience around its timely, unfiltered take on the show.

“March was a great month for the Nova Podcast Network. MAFS Funny landing in the top five today proves there’s real power in being timely, sharp and unashamedly in on the joke. It’s culture-first podcasting done right and the numbers speak for themselves. We love having AIIMS on the network,” said Adam Johnson, chief growth officer for NOVA Entertainment.

The podcast continued its February craze, maintaining a top five spot, with a steady monthly listeners of 437,681 down from 469,212.

Commercial Radio & Audio (CRA), in partnership with Triton Digital, has released the March results for the Australian Podcast Ranker. The Ranker is the country’s only official, third-party verified podcast measurement system, governed by a cross-industry Steering Committee and backed by strong collaboration across commercial, independent, and non-commercial publishers.

“Podcasting in Australia continues to grow in reach and commercial value, and the Ranker keeps the whole industry in step with that momentum. Verified, independent data – accessible to publishers, agencies and advertisers – means everyone can see where audiences are moving and act with confidence,” said Lizzie Young, CEO of CRA.

Taking out the top spot of the Ranker was Mamamia Out Loud, which produced 30 episodes for 1,220,628 monthly listeners.

The podcast beat Podcast Ranker juggernaut Hamish & Andy who only produced four episodes throughout the month, for a total of 754,470 listeners.

“In today’s March Triton Australia Podcast Ranker, LiSTNR continues to set the pace for Australia’s podcast industry, through sustained investment in premium podcasts and market leading AdTech, driving continued commercial growth in the domestic market,” said Stephen Haddad, Southern Cross Media Group’s, chief operating officer.

“This dynamic ecosystem is delivering strong audience engagement at scale and reinforcing LiSTNR’s position at the forefront of the evolving audio landscape, with ongoing year-on-year audience growth and more titles in the Top 20 than any other publisher in the Ranker.

“With Hamish & Andy publishing new episodes for the first time this year, the duo took out the #2 spot with 754,470 monthly listens, leading stand out performances of LiSTNR titles in the Top 20 including Life Uncut (419,413 monthly listeners), The Imperfects (355,501), Happy Hour with Lucy & Nikki (350,858) and Dan Does Footy (345,996).”
