Marketing transformation consultancy, Lution has announced its appointment of Karina Russo to the role of partner and director of operations.
Russo will bring with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, having recently returned to Melbourne from London where she spent the past six years working agency side.
She also built and ran global in-house agencies for King, the creators of Candy Crush, and Entain, owner of brands including Ladbrokes Coral, Bwin and Party Casino.
Russo has deep client side experience working on a global scale, building and running in-house and hybrid agency models, designing workflows and implementing technology and marketing tools company wide.
She also arrives with a solid foundation in production, employed in creative and production agencies prior to moving client side.
Partnering with Lution founder and CEO, Chris Maxwell, Russo will head up operations for the in-house agency consultancy as it continues strong growth momentum in the Australian market.
“It’s inspiring to see Lution pioneer a new approach to marketing and in my experience, building in-house or hybrid capabilities leads to greater effectiveness; improving workflow efficiency and also re-invigorating company culture,” said Russo.
“I’m really excited to be working with Chris and the team.”
The marketing transformation consultancy has recently completed a new website and brand refresh, steered by Sydney hotshop, Bear Meets Eagle on Fire.
