You Can Now Send Friends A Support Card Before They Listen To Adele’s New Album

Adele’s lyrics are being immortalised via greeting cards by Funky Pigeon – perfect for any emotional occasion, from divorce to a breakup!

Adele is everywhere. She is gearing up for her highly anticipated album 30 and on a press tour that is seeing the songstress make headlines and ignite conversations. Adele is the moment!

The media is particularly in a frenzy because Adele has just been through a divorce and has lost weight – this has launched a thousand think pieces and likely over a million tweets – from her music to her body, Adele is making headlines.

The New York Post, is currently experiencing backlash after they wrote a headline “Adele’s Oprah concert proves she didn’t lose her voice with those pounds.”

However, you know you are the star of the moment, when the headlines about you are making headlines.

So naturally, it makes sense that a greeting card company would want to add a splash of Adele to its offerings. It’s clever, timely and a fabulous marketing ploy!

Funky Pigeon said in an Instagram post, “Our indie designers have created a line of cards to help a loved one get through an emosh listening session or break-up. Because who doesn’t ugly cry a little sometimes?”

The cards include lines like “Go easy on yourself, we never liked him anyway,” and, “Let it all out, babe.”

Honestly, the perfect card to get us through the upcoming breakup season.
