Jess Hill Promoted To Head Of KOJO Creative

Creative studio KOJO has promoted Jess Hill to head of KOJO Creative, the studio’s full-service brand, marketing and experiences agency.

Stepping up from her position as executive producer, Hill joined KOJO in 2015 and has been an integral member of the company’s executive management team for the past two years, it said.

In her new role, Hill will lead the KOJO Creative business nationally, contribute to agency growth, develop new talent pathways and drive creative and business outcomes for clients across Australia.

Hill will spearhead the team to deliver work for long term clients such as BMW, MINI, Wesfarmers, BHP as well as several soon to be announced new client wins.

“We’re excited by the combination of strategic thinking, creative industry experience, team leadership and deep understanding of delivery that Jess brings to the role,” KOJO chief executive Stephen Lord said.

“We have created a truly unique agency service offering and see Jess as a fantastic leader with an impressive mix of skills and strategic thinking.”

Hill said: “KOJO Creative really is an agency for all the senses and I’m excited to lead the team as we continue to evolve and deliver on our unique creative capabilities to service our clients.”
