We are in full election swing and radio royalty Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O Henderson have thrown their support behind Scott Morrison in the 2022 election.
The federal election is upon us, which means things are getting tense, hence why Morrison and Albanese have both appeared on 60 Minutes and Morrison cracked open the ukulele and Jenny made jokes about marrying him.
The "Scotty and Jen Show" on 60 Minutes got an audience of 574,000 viewers. Anthony Albanese on 60 Minutes reached an audience of 634,000 viewers.
That is going to deeply wound the glass jawed, thin skinned Scott Morrison, coming on top of this week's Newspoll….#auspol

Until the last vote is counted, you’ll see both Albanese and Morrison in the news cycle every day and they’ll both desperately be trying to win over the public’s approval.
So, the support of Sandilands and Jackie O is pretty golden, it’s ultimately the kind of PR you can’t buy and both of them threw their support behind Morrison today.
It’s worth noting mostly high-profile people are pretty tight-lipped about who they are voting for. So, it’s not every day a politician gets a thumbs up from two radio stars.
When the federal election was brought up, Sandilands said: “I feel safe with him. I didn’t even like him at first… now I feel very safe with him.
‘Like, when the world’s in shit, I like to keep with experienced people that actually know what’s going on.
Henderson added: ‘That’s why when it comes to elections, Kyle, politicians don’t mind the idea of a possible war breaking out because do like to stay with the one in charge.”
Still, the two didn’t beat around the bush and both admitted they would vote for Morrison in the upcoming election. Perhaps they missed Albanese’s blue steel in Women’s Weekly?
Henderson said: “I’ll be voting for Scott.”
Sandilands said, “I’m voting for ScoMo.”
Of course, perhaps it’s worth acknowledging that Sandilands and Henderson are both high-income earners who stand to benefit from Morrison’s more conservative economic policies.
Either way, it’s a good day to be ScoMo!
