James Neale Departs Clems’ Traffik Group After 20 Years, Replaced By Gerard Feehan

After more than 20 years with Clemenger Group, James Neale will be leaving his role as CEO and founder of Traffik Group.

Clemenger Group CEO Les Timar said: “Traffik is one of the Group’s success stories and has become one of the country’s leading experiential and shopper marketing agencies under James’ leadership. ”

“Traffik achieved its strongest year in 2021 and he leaves the company with an outstanding management and client service team in place. I thank James for his efforts at Traffik and also as part of the broader Clemenger Group, where he has served as a board member since 2016.”

With this transition, Clemenger Group has announced Gerard Feehan (main photo) as executive chair of Traffik Group. He will assume this role while continuing as group managing director of Creative Activation.

Timar added: “We have considered how we can both evolve the leadership structure of Traffik and further strengthen the comprehensive ,multi-channel suite of activation capabilities offered to Clemenger Group’s clients.”

“Creative Activation has been providing best-in-class capability in retail activation over many years, and there is a significant opportunity to enhance collaboration and the sharing of expertise with Traffik – while supporting the distinct identity and culture of both companies.”

“Gerard has been part of Clemenger Group for more than 14 years and leads a business of more than 2000 people at Creative Activation. His extensive experience in retail sales and marketing – combined with a passion for coaching and growing teams – means he is ideally placed to lead the Traffik team.”
