Thinkerbell has announced that Jaime Morgan (lead image) has been promoted to managing director of Thinkerbell South (Melbourne). Morgan joined the agency in 2019, and has been instrumental in Thinkerbell Melbourne’s sustained success.
Thinkerbell CEO Margie Reid said of the appointment, “Jaime is the ultimate modern leader. She’s built a committed team off the back of significant growth but importantly embedding our model into a growing agency for the benefit of our clients. She’s also completely wonderful.”
Morgan added, “It was a breath of fresh air to walk into Thinkerbell three years ago, and be part of an independent agency who shook up the old ways of doing things in order to find a better way of doing things. I’m really proud of the creative solutions and relationships we have developed with our awesome clients and production partners. But mostly I’m extremely proud of our team – the best bunch of intelligent, hard working, fun and kind people you could ask for. We are excited to also announce a bunch of promotions, and it’s wonderful to see that as Thinkerbell grows, so do our people.”
Adam Ferrier, founder and chief thinker said,”Jaime is a remarkable leader. We have a different operating model at Thinkerbell and that requires a bit of unlearning from everyone. Jaime has been able to get the best out of everyone in the agency, and a slightly different way of working with Thinkers and Tinkers humming across the agency. Further, her ability to scale up from large retained clients, and down to tight strategically driven projects is phenomenal. The whole agency operates in squads and everyone kind of knows where they should be, thanks largely to Jaime fostering people at all points of the agency.”
Morgan’s elevation means that Nick Bennet has also been promoted to take on the role of executive head thinker. Morgan’s role will ensure he looks after all of the Thinkers in the South.
Other notable appointments include Belle Thompson as head thinker, Reggie Stroombergen as head vreative thinker and Matt Plant as the agency’s head behavioural sciences thinker.
