IPG’s Reprise Appoints New Chief Product Officer & GM, Client & Commercial

Reprise Australia CEO Maria Grivas has announced two new senior positions at the digitally-led performance marketing business that is part of Mediabrands Australia. The appointments are Grivas’ most prominent steps since taking her role in June this year.

“At Reprise our mission is to help brands build and accelerate customer flow,” said Grivas. “These new appointments are central to setting our future course of action in support of our clients who rely on us to improve customer flow across experience, media and content to achieve their growth ambitions.”

The new roles are internal and external appointments.

Andy Holford (main photo) is joining Reprise as chief product officer.  He is formerly head of customer at Fitness and Lifestyle Group (FLG), encompassing 450 locations, where he led skills including marketing technology, personalisation, customer insights and marketing analytics.

Prior to FLG he was digital performance director at fitness business Les Mills International where he defined and launched programs to grow or accelerate B2C and B2B acquisition and engagement across nine international markets. He is also a former head of digital marketing for EF, the world’s largest privately-owned education company.

Guy McGechan (pictured above) has been appointed general manager, client and commercial at Reprise. He is already a member of the agency’s senior management team and has led the Melbourne, Perth and Adelaide businesses for the past 18 months.

He is an industry leader in performance marketing with a passion for the assimilation of data and analytics to understand and improve the customer flow with clients whilst driving business outcomes. McGechan is also a former general manager of Columbus for Victoria, Western Australia and New Zealand and performance director at Havas Media Australia.

Grivas said, “We are encouraged by the momentum we have experienced in 2021. Our sights are firmly set on how we continue to evolve our capabilities to accelerate our clients’ success through performance marketing across the entire spectrum of retail, experience, media and content. These new roles for Guy and Andy are central to our plans into 2022.”
