Intuit Inc., the global financial technology platform, and Intuit Enterprise Suite, has launched Analytics AI.
It is a native conversational analytics agent in Mailchimp that will connect performance across campaigns, audiences, and revenue to tell businesses what changed, why, and what to do next.
Mailchimp will also expand integrations with Claude, Wix, and WooCommerce to unify ecommerce data and bring AI-powered marketing capabilities directly into the platforms merchants already use. The enhancements are designed to help ecommerce brands and small and mid-sized businesses scale with confidence using Mailchimp.
Analytics AI will allow marketers to ask questions in plain language and receive instant, strategic recommendations. Built for omnichannel campaign performance and audience analytics in Mailchimp, the agent is designed to give brands data intelligence that drives decisions and revenue.

Mailchimp has launched a suite of AI-powered features that automate analysis, enable conversational insights, and expand compliance options for regulated industries. They include: analytics AI that will deliver conversational intelligence and an AI segment builder (beta).

Marketers can build complete campaigns without leaving their AI workflow. The Mailchimp app in ChatGPT and Claude will allow users to draft and refine personalised omnichannel campaigns using conversational prompts, pulling directly from their customer data and campaign history in Mailchimp. Once finalised, campaigns will be available within Mailchimp for brands to launch in a single action.
Mailchimp’s expanded partner ecosystem brings marketing capabilities directly into the tools brands already use including: one-click data activation for WooCommerce and Wix, design-to-launch workflows with Canva and expanded sign-up methods for regulated industries.
