Inlight Appoints New Head Of Growth

Melbourne-based digital services business Inlight has signalled its ambitions by appointing Adrian O’Dea to a newly created head of growth role.

O’Dea joins from Telstra, where he led the creative execution and sales activation for the customer insight centres.

Fuelled by that experience, he’ll step in to build on the growth the business has already achieved in 2021 across clients like Nando’s, Hostplus and Linfox while exploring new markets and opportunities that Inlight can add value to.

Mark Oliver, Inlight’s CEO, said: “How organisations evolve in the shadow of Covid-19 requires more from their digital partners than ever before.

“We have to be impeccable listeners and playback what we learn through structured storytelling. Adrian is fluent in this new language of post-Covid-19 sales, and it’s a real pleasure to introduce him as our head of growth”

O’Dea said, “Inlight’s customers are hands down the most passionate advocates I’ve seen in the digital space and from the outset that made the opportunity to help grow this team a really exciting proposition.”

“Because we have such phenomenal in-house talent across technology, design and strategy, growing Inlight means truly being part of a tangible positive impact on our clients’ businesses and the people who use the products and experiences we build.

“When growth is values-driven and aligned to creating exceptional client outcomes as it is here at Inlight then it sets us up for a remarkable journey.”

The hire follows a series of January appointments to other newly created roles which were focused on developing Inlight’s product strategy offering, client service capability and supporting the launch of the Inlight Partner Network.

Since then, the network has added three more partners to its ranks in the form of Starburst Insights, Context and STCK.
