Independent marketing consultancy IMA B2B has appointed Jacinta Cali as digital director.
Cali will lead the integration of omnichannel, UX, accessibility and revenue operations at IMA. Her remit includes building cohesive, accessible and measurable client experiences across web, UX, analytics, AI and sales integration, enabling clients to achieve faster, scalable growth.
Prior to joining IMA, she ran her own digital indie, where she led multidisciplinary teams across design, technology and strategy for more than a decade. Following the company’s acquisition, she transitioned her focus to enterprise-level consulting, assisting complex organisations modernise and scale their digital infrastructure.
Most recently, Cali joins from Cali Digital, an IT consulting company, of which she was the owner and principal digital consultant.
“Clients are not asking for more channels, they’re asking for consistency that grows revenue. Jacinta’s appointment as Digital Director formalises a capability that defines this new era of B2B growth: connected, measurable, customer-centric design,” IMA’s CCO Jake Cush said.
“B2B now makes up nearly 80 percent of the global economy, and the sector has never been more dynamic. Clients expect seamless digital experiences, and that’s exactly what Jacinta will be helping our clients deliver. Cali brings more than 15 years of experience leading web transformation, UX and content programs across enterprise, government and SMB sectors.
A digital strategist and accessibility specialist, she translates strategy into commercial outcomes, blending technical fluency with user-centred design to deliver inclusive, high-performing digital ecosystems.
