Hearts & Science CEO Jane Stanley has left the business after spending more than a decade at Omnicom Media Group (OMG).
Last month, Stanley left to join Air New Zealand as the GM and chapter area lead of marketing. B&T understands that Stanley, who is based in New Zealand, wanted a role that allowed her to spend more time at home with her family.
Stanley has been a long-term OMG leader, having worked at several of its agencies, including CHEP Australia, PHD and OMD in New Zealand, and Annalect.
She held the role of CEO at Hearts & Science from 2019 to September 2025. During her time in the top job, Stanley oversaw the merger of Omnicom’s bespoke media agency Foundation Australia with Hearts & Science, with Foundation leader Liz Wigmore becoming a managing director at the combined entity.
“Jane has been an integral part of our business for nearly 13 years, helping shape the direction of every agency she touched and most notably leading the successful launch and growth of Hearts & Science across ANZ,” Omnicom Media Group chief operating officer Kristiaan Kroon told B&T.
“Her contribution to our executive team, and her role in building such a strong culture within Hearts, has been immense. We’re incredibly grateful for her leadership and wish her every success in this next chapter with Air New Zealand.”
B&T understands that Hearts & Science is currently reviewing its structure to ensure the right leadership and support are in place for 2026 and beyond.
B&T has contacted Stanley for comment.
