Hardhat Nabs Magdalina Triantafyllidis From whiteGREY

Hardhat, the independent creative agency that’s built on behaviour, has appointed Magdalina Triantafyllidis as its Managing Director. Triantafyllidis joins Hardhat from whiteGREY, where she held the same position.

Triantafyllidis has previously served as Managing Director for almost seven years at WPP’s bespoke Ford agency, GTB. Her prior roles span Cummins&Partners, ClemengerBBDO, DraftFCB, CHEP and JWT.

The welcoming of Triantafyllidis marks the start of a new phase of growth for the agency.

“We’ve made big progress in the past 18 months, winning a range of new clients, adding senior staff and working on our new and unique positioning around behaviour change for challenger brands, which will launch officially in the coming weeks,” said Dan Monheit, CEO of Hardhat.

“The timing is perfect to create a new Managing Director role to take the business forward, and we’re absolutely thrilled to have Magda bring her vast and proven experience as a client and agency leader to help steer our next phase of growth”.

Monheit said the creation of the new managing director role comes to fruition after long-time Hardhat leader and General Manager, Issy Bonin, has made the decision to remain with her family in Canada longer term. “Issy has been a massive pillar to our business for close to a decade, and has been brilliant for the past two years delivering her General Manager role remotely from Montreal. Issy will always be a Hardhatter in our hearts, and we will miss her hugely”.

Hardhat was founded in 2005. The agency creates behaviour change for challenger brands through a combination of creativity and behavioural insights.
