GoTransit Media Group has expanded its Greater Melbourne bus network, adding depots in West Footscray and Melton.

The latest additions expand GoTransit’s Melbourne footprint, extending the network into the CBD. It has also further strengthened its position as one of the city’s largest transit advertising networks.

The West Footscray and Melton fleets have joined GoTransit’s established operations across Tullamarine, Sunshine, Oakleigh, Cranbourne, Brunswick, Wyndham, Preston and Broadmeadows, alongside the recent addition of Pakenham to its south-east network.

Together, the network spans Melbourne’s north, north-west, west and south-east, reaching an estimated 96 per cent of the population aged 14+ across these markets, according to MOVE data.

“Melbourne’s west is where a lot of the city’s population growth is happening right now, and West Footscray and Melton put us squarely in front of those audiences,” said GoTransit director of sales Kirrily Hirst.

“West Footscray and Melton are important additions to our Melbourne network, giving advertisers even greater access to audiences across the city’s key growth corridors,” said GoTransit director of operations and partnerships Caleb Harriott.

Beyond Greater Melbourne, GoTransit’s Victorian footprint extends to Geelong, Mildura, Bendigo, the Latrobe Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Bacchus Marsh, the Dandenong Ranges and Monbulk, giving advertisers access to audiences across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Advertising opportunities across the new West Footscray and Melton fleet are available now.
