B&T’s 30 Under 30 Awards are back with a bang and entries are open now!
But rather than tell you why you should enter, we thought that we would show you why by checking in with some of last year’s winners and showing how the awards have helped catapult their careers to greater heights.
Last year’s creative category winners were Innocean’s Georgie Parchert, Thinkerbell’s Lucas Fowler and Abel’s Nicholas Kelly.
Parchert was a copywriter for Innocean when she won the creative category. She recently moved over to The Monkeys (as in, five days ago!), as a copywriter. We can’t wait to see how she’s going to shake things up at the agency. The Monkeys (soon to be Droga5)
Parchert played a major role in crafting Innocean’s campaign for White Ribbon Australia, “There’s No Good Reason”, highlighting the need to end violence against women. Parchert created a special edition newspaper called The Daily Issue, using 48,000 articles to call attention to the frequency with which violence against women still occurs.
“I’m proud of this work but in 2023 we shouldn’t have to make these campaigns,” said Parchert.

Parchert’s colleague at Innocean, Eliza Millett, also won the Strategy category. Millett began her Innocean stint as junior strategist, before being promoted to strategist after less than a year. Millett worked alongside Parchert to create the “There’s No Good Reason” campaign for White Ribbon Australia.
Recently, Millett left Australia for the UK, where she joined Pablo London as senior planner. Since starting her career in the industry only three years ago, she’s certainly wasted no time.
iProspect’s Pawena Kaniah and Sayer’s Rachel Tucker also won the strategy category.
