Festicket and Event Genius have partnered with event marketing platform Audience Republic to bolster their egMarketing product.
Event Genius will now make use of Audience Republic’s expertise and bespoke software functionality for pre-sale registration and waitlists to enhance their service to promoters, helping to build audiences and maximise sales across white label ticketing solutions, as well as the Festicket and Ticket Arena websites.
Founded by former event promoter Jared Kristensen in 2016 as a way to help promoters, festivals, venues, and artists to sell more tickets, Audience Republic works on the core belief that word-of-mouth is the most powerful form of marketing.
Audience Republic has worked with some of the largest festivals and promoters in Australia, including Beyond The Valley, Falls Festival, Laneway Festival, and Lost Paradise.
Using their software in conjunction with ticketing partners, Audience Republic maximises sales and grows audiences by increasing word of mouth, using rewards to incentivise fans to refer friends, follow, subscribe, and share events with their personal and social networks.
This partnership comes as part of Event Genius and Festicket’s further expansion into the APAC market, with a particular focus on live events across Australia; a region in which Audience Republic has an established and respected presence.
As well as this partnership, Event Genius and Festicket’s APAC team is also expanding in numbers, with new talent, an increased on-the-ground presence in Australia and boosted investment acting as a platform for these ventures in Australia and the broader APAC market.
