The Women Leading Tech Awards are sooner than you might think.

The countdown is officially on for the Women Leading Tech Awards 2026, presented by Atlassian, with ticket sales closing this Friday ahead of the industry’s biggest celebration of women in technology.

Taking place from 6pm on Friday 20 March at the ICC Sydney, the awards will bring together leaders, innovators and rising stars from across Australia’s tech sector for a night dedicated to recognising the people reshaping the industry.

Each year, the Women Leading Tech Awards shine a spotlight on the bold thinkers, trailblazers and change-makers redefining leadership in technology. From Rising Stars and AI Pioneers to Executive Leaders, Champions of Change and Sustainability Leaders, this year’s finalists represent an exceptional cross-section of talent, influence and impact across the tech landscape.

Need a refresher on who’s in the running?

With renewed energy for 2026, the event returns with an elevated experience designed to celebrate the women and gender-diverse leaders driving progress across the technology community.

And if past years are anything to go by, the room will be packed with the industry’s most influential voices.

Want to be in the room when this year’s winners are revealed? Buy your tickets now.

All remaining ticket availability closes on Friday 20 March, and seats are limited.
