PR and content agency, We Are Different, has launched a creative incubator for up-and-coming industry talent, designed to develop an advanced understanding of earned ideas and showcase the power of creative-led PR.
Launching in July, the first-of-its-kind program will help offer PR professionals with one to three years experience the unique opportunity to fast-track their practical understanding of earned creative, including how to develop and execute awesome PR ideas in their own day-to-day work.
“Research shows the new pack of PR talent is by far the most creative and innovative generation to date – yet the majority of agencies have these staff focused on admin, spreadsheets and reporting,” founder and director of We Are Different Stu Terry [featured image] said.
“Incubator embraces Gen Z’s natural aptitude for creativity while offering practical skills that empower Generation Z to embrace creative-led PR work every day. It’s different in that it focuses solely on ideas and the power of earned creativity.”
Creative Incubator will feature industry-leading global and local talent, as well as case studies of award-winning PR work. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear first-hand on how great PR ideas are created, while also developing their own earned-first ideas from real-life working briefs.
Incubator’s first round of guest presenters include:
-
New York-based Creative Director and One Club’s 2020 ‘Next Creative Leader’, Chloe Saintilan
-
Snapchat’s Consumer PR Lead for International Markets, Michael Levaggi
-
Award-winning planning and creative duo from independent agency Not Bad ϟ Pretty Good, Craig Brooks and Joel Pearson
Creative Incubator will be delivered after work hours over a two-week period, allowing staff who are already employed to attend without disrupting their current work schedule.
Attendees can register their interest in the July Incubator via the Different website here.
