DDB NZ chief creative officer Damon Stapleton (feature image) has been promoted to regional chief creative officer across Australia and New Zealand.
His new role is a recognition of the growth he has driven in New Zealand, and the stellar creative output.
Stapleton worked as DDB New Zealand’s CCO since 2014.
Prior to this Stapleton was the executive creative director for Saatchi & Saatchi Sydney, and before that he spent 11 years at TWBA Hunt Lascaris as creative director then executive creative director.
This has no impact on the current creative leadership in Australia, with Ben Welsh continuing as chief creative officer for Australia, Tara Ford continuing as ECD for Sydney and Anthony Moss continuing as ECD For Melbourne.
