Independent agency Cummins and Partners has strengthened its team with three new appointments.
The agency has appointed Natassja Cox as strategist, Lara Tarabey as senior account manager and Marika Tsourekis as account executive, adding depth across strategy and client service as it scales.
The hires come as Cummins and Partners builds on significant growth, including the recent renewal of its long standing partnership with Stellantis Australia, one of the agency’s foundation clients, and the launch of major new brand platforms for clients including Equip Super.
The independent agency has continued to expand its integrated creative and media model, positioning itself as a leading Australian owned alternative to global networks at a time when clients are increasingly seeking long term strategic partnerships.
Ben McCallum, CEO of Cummins and Partners, said the appointments are a reflection of both performance and ambition.
“We are in a strong phase of growth as an independent agency. That growth is coming from the quality of the work, the strength of our client relationships and a clear point of view about long term brand building,” McCallum said.
“As we continue to win and retain major clients, we are deliberately investing in high calibre talent across strategy and client services. Natassja brings international strategic rigour, Lara brings global account leadership experience and Marika represents the next generation of talent coming through the agency.
“Our ambition is not just to grow bigger, but to grow stronger. That means building a team capable of delivering distinctive, enduring work for ambitious brands.”
Cox joins as strategist, most recently freelancing at Special Melbourne and previously spending five years at DDB Aotearoa, working across brands including L&P, Lotto and Goodman Fielder.
Cox said Cummins stood out as an agency with both heritage and hunger.
“I’m fresh to the Australian industry and Cummins has a real legacy here, but all the ambition of a hungry new agency. I’m very happy to be part of it,” she said.
“I want to be part of work that my friends will still talk about in 20 years’ time.”
Tarabey joins as senior account manager after nearly three years at VCCP London and six months at BMF.
“The people, the culture and the passion to make good work drew me in,” Tarabey said.
“I want to help create work that people actually care about, built on strong relationships, clear thinking and collaboration that makes the process as good as the output.”

Tsourekis joins as account executive, having previously interned at Cummins and Partners and completed a marketing communications internship in Dublin.
“I was offered a position after my internship, so now I get to learn from the best,” Tsourekis said.
“I want to be part of creating meaningful work that inspires and changes people’s perspectives.”
“As an independent agency, our strength is always our people. Sustained growth comes from backing talent, backing creativity and backing long term partnerships. These appointments reflect the kind of agency we are building,” added founder, Sean Cummins.
With an integrated creative and media offering under one roof, Cummins and Partners continues to position itself as a leading independent agency delivering long term brand growth for Australian and international clients.
