The countdown is officially on for Cairns Crocodiles Presented by Pinterest 2026, with the festival unveiling its ‘Agenda at a Glance’ to help delegates plan their arrival and make the most of the three-day experience.
Running from May 12 to 14, the program delivers a rich mix of keynote sessions, breakouts, panels and immersive experiences across multiple stages. The agenda snapshot outlines the structure of the week, beginning with pre-conference activity on Monday 11 May, before the full conference program kicks off on Tuesday 12 May.
Across the three days, delegates can expect content spanning the newly launched Film & Screen and Travel Marketing tracks, alongside the core Building Brands and Rewilding Creativity streams. From solo sessions and fireside discussions to panels and interactive formats, the festival is designed to provoke fresh thinking, spark connection and inspire the Asia-Pacific creative community.

Pippa Chambers, content director of Cairns Crocodiles, said planning ahead is critical to getting full value from the experience.
“It’s a good saying for a reason – ‘proper preparation prevents poor performance’,” Chambers said.
“Those who plan ahead will make the most of the world-class opportunity that is Cairns Crocodiles. Executives should be blocking the time out now, arriving early, and giving themselves space to truly immerse in the content and conversations.”
Beyond the stage program, Crocodiles Awards, Masterclass Presented by News Australia and Cairns Hatchlings, presented by Yahoo, Cairns Crocodiles also places a strong emphasis on connection and community. Through Cairns Extra, delegates can access a packed schedule of official social events, including welcome dinners, cocktail gatherings and closing celebrations woven throughout the week.
The agenda at a glance link HERE highlights exactly when to arrive, helping attendees balance high-impact learning with meaningful networking moments that bring the industry together in one place.
Chambers added that missing sessions simply isn’t an option.
“Planning ahead mitigates risk, and you don’t want to risk missing any of these brilliant speakers or masterclasses,” she said. “Don’t be the person sitting outside a session scrolling on your phone for three days, while your peers and rivals are front row soaking up wisdom and insight.”
The full agenda, including detailed session timings and speaker placements, will be released soon as Cairns Crocodiles continues to roll out what is shaping up to be its most ambitious edition yet.
As part of a special promotion this month, Cairns Crocodiles is also giving away incredible boat and snorkelling experiences courtesy of adventure and leisure tourism company, Reef Unlimited.
Those who buy Cairns Crocodiles tickets in February will go into a raffle to win one of two double passes for the Reef Magic boat. Read more about the boat here.
Cairns Crocodiles, presented by Pinterest, has also confirmed a group of leading hotels as official accommodation partners for the 2026 event, as the festival prepares for its biggest and most ambitious program to date. See them all here.
