Burger King is attempting to spice up iso-life with a fun (well, fun by CV-19 standards) new interactive TV ad that could see consumers win a free Whopper.

In a series of new TV spots Created via David Sao Paulo in Brazil, Burger King will show a QR code bouncing around the screen.

And, if you happen to be able to catch and scan the QR code while watching live TV, you’ll be able to nab yourself a complimentary burger to enjoy while social distancing at home.

Check out the example below (however, you won’t get very far trying to catch this QR code, obviously).

However, Burger King says there are only 10,000 free Whoppers to give away through the promotion, which consumers can redeem via the Burger King app.

It’s just another example of a string of interesting and innovative campaigns from Burger King amid CV-19.

Recently, it had its “Stay Home of the Whopper” promotion, waiving delivery fees for those who have meals brought to their homes.

It also gave out free Whoppers to students who solved maths, science and literature questions while having to study from home.
