In tribute to Jai Arrow’s 100th game for South Sydney Rabbitohs, Budgy Smuggler has launched a limited edition of ‘Jai’s Arrows’.

Jai’s Arrows are made in Australia and available exclusively as a pre-order. Royalties from sales will go to the Arrow family with a minimum commitment from Budgy Smuggler of $50 thousand to  Arrow and his family.

“We love Jai. He’s a long term friend of Budgy. I’m pumped to see him lead the Rabbitohs in his 100th game,” CEO and Chief Smuggler, Adam Linforth said.

“We wanted our smuggling community to have something to wear to be part of it with him, so we’ve made the Jai’s Arrows. The pairs are made in Australia and they are available to pre-order now.

“We’d love our smuggling community to get around Jai this week and show the support that makes this community so special. Sending all our love to Jai, Berina and Ayla.”

Arrow has worked with Budgy Smuggler over the years.

The limited edition of Budgy Smugglers follows the news that South Sydney Rabbitohs and Jai Arrow had received support from the National Rugby League and the Rugby League Players Association for Jai Arrow to ‘play’ two further NRL matches this year. Allowing Arrow to record 100 NRL games for the South Sydney Rabbitohs in his career.

Arrow suited up for, and took part in, the opening seconds of the Rabbitohs round 26 match against his former club, the Gold Coast Titans, on the Gold Coast, and he will be doing the same this week in the round 27 match against the Sydney Roosters at Allianz Stadium.

The Rabbitohs put a proposal to the NRL, the RLPA and the Club Consultation Committee for Arrow to ‘play’ in two more games following his Motor Neurone Disease diagnosis while he is still physically able to run or walk onto the field, allowing him to receive the recognition he deserves as a stalwart of the South Sydney club and as a valuable player to the NRL and representative football over the past decade.

Arrow has played 178 NRL matches, 98 of which have been for the South Sydney Rabbitohs since he joined the Club for the 2021 season.
