As those with their nose in the news would know, Britain is currently suffering petrol shortages the nation over brought on by a lack of truck drivers to deliver the stuff. Apparently, it’s all Brexit’s fault or not Brexit’s fault or something.
Obviously a big news story that led the BBC’s Saturday morning coverage over the weekend.
And who better to report on a fuel shortage than the aptly named Phil McCann (Get it? Fill my can!)
McCann was sent to report on alleged panic buying by customers at a BP service station in Stockport in Manchester when viewers noticed the apt hilarity in the reporter’s name.
