BBC Newsreader’s Withering Assessment Of Royal Baby News

The planet’s most sarcastic newsreader, the BBC’s Simon McCoy, is back, giving a savage takedown of news out of Kensington Palace overnight of the due date for Kate and Will’s third child in April.

The “breaking news” was handed to McCoy mid-bulletin and he couldn’t appear more bored if he tried. Check it out below:

On receipt of the news, McCoy said: “Now bearing in mind they announced that she was pregnant back in September and it was thought she was around two or three months pregnant I’m not sure how much news this really is.” Before advising everybody to “clear their diaries”.

McCoy found global fame after his brutal takedown of a surfing dog story back in August. Check out that effort below:
