UK-based communications agency Brazil and Australia-based LaunchLink Communications have announced a joint venture focused on nurturing international business opportunities.
The new partnership will enable both agencies to support fast-growth tech businesses in the UK looking to expand in Australia, and Australian tech businesses seeking growth in the UK, Europe and the USA.
The two agencies have worked together for the past two years on joint-client Employment Hero; one of Australia’s newest tech unicorns. They are now collaborating to support more tech companies and start-ups preparing to expand and make an impact in international markets.
The agencies’ combined services include strategic consultation, market research, public and media relations, social media and a wide range of additional communications services. Both businesses maintain a specialist focus on the technology, business and emerging industries (including Web 3.0) sectors.
Brazil and LaunchLink Communications will also share market intelligence and insight, conduct education-based webinars and a job-swap scheme to enhance collaboration between the regions’ burgeoning technology industries – as well as create new opportunities for skilled professionals operating in the space.
Laura Blue, co-founder of LaunchLink Communications, commented: “Having worked closely and very successfully with Brazil to build the Employment Hero brand, we believe this is the perfect time to formalise our working relationship. The opportunities for Australian brands in a growing European market are vast and we look forward to working with Brazil to help our clients find their voice in Europe.”
LaunchLink has experienced significant growth over the past two years, doubling its headcount and working with unicorn tech trailblazers including Codat, eToro, GoCardless, and Mesh Payments. In 2022, the team welcomed Finn Houlihan as Account Director and Head of Creative Ventures, Joe Gibbs as Lead Technology Engineer and most recently Kane Lewis as Senior Account Manager.
Joshua Van Raalte, CEO of Brazil, commented: “There is a clear strategic fit between LaunchLink and Brazil. For one, both agencies cover multiple sectors across consumer and business-to-business accounts, and the wider offering of social and digital services is also a major bonus for our UK and European-based clients.”
The strategic alliance comes as both companies seek to bring improvements to the industry from both a people and technology perspective. As part of this mission, Brazil will be amongst the first agencies globally to pilot LaunchLink’s AI-driven PR management tool Yaarn, which leverages ChatGPT4 to automate and optimise PR services.
