Seven’s new romance reality show is only two episodes into its second season, and already Seven Year Switch has horrified viewers after one contestant shared a little too much on camera.
Just to give you some background, the show features four married couples whose relationships are in turmoil. The married people are matched with a person from one of the couples and are to live together for 14 days, during which time there are no rules.
At the end of the 14 days, each of the couples reunite and make the decision to either part ways or reaffirm their commitment.
In one scene of the premiere episode on Monday night, contestant Kaitlyn and her boyfriend Mark are shown to be packing their bags for the big switch. They’re on the show because of Mark’s reluctance to commit properly to his girlfriend.
The camera then turns its attention to what Kaitlyn has in her hand – a ‘personal massage device’ – which she adds to her bag while her boyfriend looks on uncomfortably.
She then asks Mark if he has a problem with the vibrator, but it turns out at viewers of Seven Year Switch were quite offended by the state of it:
Nobody would want to use a filthy vibrator?? #SevenYearSwitch

“Why does my vibrator make you feel uncomfortable?” Because it appears to be a bit grotty. #sevenyearswitch

Vibrator that size speaks volumes about their sex life…wish she would’ve cleaned it before displaying it like that. #SevenYearSwitch
