Appliances Online has launched a new national brand campaign, ‘Legend’.
Appliances Online’s Media and Creative Agency partner, Oxygen360, have created a series of TVC’s to lead a multimedia campaign, which also includes Radio, Digital and Outdoor with the “Legend” positioning.
The campaign highlights Appliances Online’s industry-leading legendary service, including free next-day delivery to 95 per cent of the Australian population, 24/7 Australian customer support, free removal and recycling of old products and best price guarantee. The campaign features diverse day-to-day situations, where Australians are looking for a convenient and efficient shopping experience and receive it, through Appliances Online’s legendary service.

Winning Group, Chief Marketing Officer, Sven Lindell said: “Appliances Online is Australia’s most trusted online appliance retailer, offering an exceptional level of customer service; a message we are proud to tell more Australians. The idea for the campaign came from the reasons why John Winning started the business 16 years ago, which was to offer Australians convenient shopping, efficient service and an unforgettable experience, all when it’s needed the most. As our business strategy is driven by neuroscience, the creative is based on an understanding of our most important customer segments, their needs, wants, and their personal styles.
“The campaign features diverse family units, to highlight how all Australian’s can have a legendary moment when they shop with Appliances Online, as their everyday life can continue on as normal. We go above and beyond for our customers, one customer, one experience at a time and I am proud that some of our delivery team, who are the legends providing an exceptional level of customer service, are featured in the ads.”
Oxygen360 managing director Cameron Jurd said: “Using this simple expression of ‘Legend’ multiple times, we have created amusing, memorable insights into diverse real-life situations that demonstrate the superior levels of customer service with Appliance Online’s Legendary Service”.
Appliances Online appointed Oxygen360 in March 2020 to handle ATL Media and Creative with the Agency also taking on Winning Appliances Media in June 2020.
