Amazon Australia and DoorDash have announced a new exclusive offer for Prime members across Australia. Starting today, new and existing Prime members can now receive 24 months free of DashPass (AU$239 value), and benefit from unlimited AU$0 delivery fees on eligible DoorDash orders, 5% back in DoorDash credit on eligible Pickup orders, and exclusive DoorDash promotions and deals.

This offer adds even more value alongside the many Prime benefits already enjoyed by members, including fast and free delivery on eligible Amazon.com.au orders, access to Prime exclusive deals and entertainment benefits including Prime Video, at no additional cost.

DashPass $0 delivery is available at thousands of restaurants and grocers on eligible orders, wherever DoorDash is available in Australia, including McDonald’s, Guzman y Gomez, Fishbowl, Grill’d, Betty’s Burgers and Coles. Prime is Amazon’s membership program that provides savings, convenience, and entertainment in one single membership for just $9.99 a month or $79 annually.

Earlier this year, Amazon Australia announced the launch of Prime Free Same-Day Delivery on eligible orders in Sydney, and the expansion of Prime Free One-Day Delivery to additional areas meaning the service now covers the Blue Mountains, Brisbane, Canberra, Geelong, Gold Coast, Gosford, Melbourne, Mornington Peninsula, Newcastle, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, and Wollongong.

In 2024, Prime members also accessed hundreds of thousands of discounted products and saved millions of dollars across exclusive sale events Prime Day and Prime Big Deal Days. Prime members also enjoy access to Prime Video, home to favourite movies, series, documentaries, and live sports – including Amazon MGM Studios-produced series and movies Road House, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Fallout, Reacher, The Boys, and The Idea of You, and Australian Amazon Original series; The Test S1-3, Deadloch, The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart, Luxe Listings Sydney S1 – S3 and The Office and more.

“We are incredibly excited to launch this offer of free DashPass on DoorDash to Prime members. At the very heart of Prime is savings and convenience. Whether that is delivery as fast as same or next day on over a million products for the majority of members, a suite of award-winning entertainment on Prime Video, or epic deals during Prime exclusive shopping events, we want to help Prime members make their dollars go further, doing the things they love. A member that uses their DashPass offer will save more than the cost of their entire Prime membership, unlocking even more value,” said Arno Lenior, APAC director of Prime at Amazon Australia.

“At DoorDash, we’re always looking for ways to connect Australians with the best of their neighbourhood,” said Puji Fernando, general manager, DoorDash Australia. “This new offer will unlock the incredible benefits and perks of DashPass for Prime members, wherever DashPass is available in Australia.”

Launched in 2018, DashPass is an industry-leading membership program that helps consumers explore the best of their neighbourhood, with over 15 million members globally and growing. In addition to AU$0 delivery fee on eligible orders, DashPass users get access to exclusive member-only perks and rewards.
