Alpha Digital has announced four new client wins after competitive pitches, including Supercheap Auto, Krispy Kreme, Lounge Lovers, and surfwear brand Vissla.
The marketing agency’s recent growth with new and existing clients has seen it expand its offering in marketing automation, digital out of home advertising, marketing intelligence, social media, and content strategy.
Tobey Bower, Alpha Digital’s commercial director, explained that it expects the heightened expectations that consumers are placing on brands to continue into the new year.
“Not only have Australians been forced to explore their passions and interests from their living rooms—they also expect more from every value exchange and a seamless customer experience,” Bower said in a statement.
“A common thread in our recent tender processes has been showcasing Alpha Digital’s ability to position a brand effectively across multiple digital channels to build positive long term brand-customer relationships, while balancing the need to demonstrate short-term performance outcomes.”
Alpha Digital’s recent success and growth since July follows a leadership team restructure, the appointment of Sam Wood to CEO, eleven new hires, and a consistent stream of new client wins including Morgans Financial, HiKOKI, Fort Knox Storage, East 33,Tradelink, and 1K Words.
As demand for digital marketing strategy increases, the independent agency is continuing to foster long term partnerships and prioritise sustainable client growth, it said.
Alpha Digital CEO Sam Wood said: “While we’ve had a very successful start to this financial year, we have also made a commitment to put our people and clients first.
“We are still progressing conversations with interested prospects, but have slowed down the onboarding of new business until the new year.
“In the lead up to Christmas, our primary focus is to ensure we are enabling the success of our valued client partners throughout one of their busiest periods of the year.”
