Allianz & Howatson+Company Put ‘Care In Your Corner’

Allianz has launched its refreshed personal injury and commercial proposition, ‘Care in your corner’.

It aimed to reinforce Allianz’s commitment to its customers, brokers, partners, regulators and the injured people it supports.

The campaign was developed with Allianz’s creative agency Howatson+Company, and is rolling out across print, editorial, social and digital channels. It will be supported by customer and broker engagement through events and tailored communications.

Allianz chief general manager of personal injury and commercial, Julie Mitchell, said: “Care in your corner represents our commitment to a partnership built on listening, understanding our customers, partners and brokers’ needs, and delivering practical support when it counts.”

“It’s about showing up with clarity, consistency, and a genuine focus on outcomes, not just intentions. It means having the right people, with trusted expertise and understanding, being right there with you.” Mitchell added.

The campaign highlighted a range of industry verticals where Allianz can provide expertise; health and aged care, education, construction, farming and transport.

Allianz Australia CMO, Laura Halbert said: “In this industry, insurers are often seen to inspect the business. In this work, you can’t identify the insurer – from the broker to the customer – and that’s a deliberate choice.

“It reflects our commitment to show up as a true partner, with applied expertise and a deep understanding of every corner of our customers’ world. This campaign also showcases the breadth of our care. From farms to construction sites to schools – the environment changes, but our understanding and expertise doesn’t. We get it” Halbert added.
