Adobe has announced advancements across its content and commerce platforms, including the general availability of AI agents in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and expanded commerce capabilities with Adobe Commerce Cloud Service (ACCS) and Adobe Commerce Optimizer (ACO).
These updates form part of Adobe’s next generation of AI-driven experience management, aimed at assisting enterprises modernise its digital foundations, accelerate creation and conversion through intelligence, and deliver governed, high-performing experiences across human and AI touchpoints.
As AI increasingly shapes how customers discover and buy from brands, the updates may help organisations avoid losing visibility and relevance to more advanced digital experiences. By reducing manual work and shortening time to market, they also aim to more quickly adapt to changing customer behaviour and expectations.
AEM Agents: Modernising Experience Management for the Agentic Web
Traffic to US retail sites from generative AI sources increased this holiday season up 693 per cent year-on-year. At the same time, AI referrals converted 31 percent more than other traffic sources.

Adobe Commerce Cloud Service and Optimizer Available in Australia.
Adobe also announced that Adobe Commerce Cloud Service (ACCS) and Adobe Commerce Optimizer (ACO) are live in Australia.
Both local and global customers can now select Australia as a deployment option within their Adobe Commerce interfaces.
ACCS is a cloud-native ecommerce platform that has enabled businesses to deliver experiences at speed and scale. The platform is designed to provide organisations with a high-speed storefront, advanced content creation supported by generative AI, a digital asset management solution, authoring technologies, and a foundation for both B2C and B2B needs.
ACO is a new headless storefront solution designed to upgrade the front end of any ecommerce site while allowing existing legacy back-end commerce solution to remain unchanged. It also includes access to the Commerce Storefront, generative AI content creation, A/B experimentation, and a new catalogue data model.
