Political campaigns can often be well let’s face it boring, but The Greens Australian Party are currently going viral for how hilariously relatable their new social media campaign is.

The Greens put up an Instagram post that quickly went viral for its relatable content.

The post was captioned, “If you’ve ever wanted to get dental & mental health into Medicare, increase JobSeeker to $88 a day and wipe student debt, you will benefit from the Greens’ plan to tax billionaires & big corporations.” 

Then the post featured a slide of scenarios that suggested if you’d experienced eating two-minute noodles or been anxious about a message from MyGov, then the Green’s plan to tax the rich will actually benefit you.

It was a clever and quick way to cut to the heart of the issue.

The post amassed over 24,000 likes and was shared widely on social media with plenty of people tagging their mates. I mean who hasn’t cried in a cool room?

You know a political campaign is a hit when people are actually reposting it on their social media in drove.
