GroupM kicks off graduate talent hunt

GroupM has launched a talent hunt by introducing 20 new intern positions.

The company held an M Grad open day to show participants around its offices. GroupM hopes the M Grad programme will entice the most talented graduates.

Successful applicants for the M Grad Programme will have the chance to work with one of the GroupM companies – Maxus, AgencyM, MEC, Mediacom, Mindshare and Xaxis.

John Steedman, chairman and CEO of GroupM, said: “Recruiting, developing and training the best young talent is a priority for GroupM agencies. The M Grad programme is a great initiative that we are proud of and will be very important as we continue to grow in the future.”

Elissa Good-Omouzusi, chief HR and talent officer at GroupM, added: “The M Grad programme is a unique blend of work experience and training that fit together to give the students an exceptional, yet practical, experience that will fully immerse them in the industry. We believe this to be the perfect way for students to discover if the industry is right for them and a fantastic chance for our agencies to eventually add bright and ambitious young talent to their teams.”
