The Footy Show helped land Nine a victory on Thursday night as it overwhelmed Seven’s Dynamo magician.
At 8.30 pm The Footy Show pulled in 846,000 viewers to Nine in comparison to the 778,000 who watched Seven’s Dynamo: Magician Impossible from 8pm.
Nine’s Big Brother was in the top 10 most watched shows, sitting in eighth place it had 806,000 viewers according to OzTam’s preliminary metro ratings.
Nine won the night overall, across its multiple channels the network took a 30.8% share of all free-to-air viewers ahead of Seven’s 27%.
The ABC (18.6%) beat Ten which took 17.1% with four top 20 programs including Ten News at Five (615,000), Law & Order: SVU (592,000), Save with Jamie (540,000) and The Project (529,000).
The ABC’s Upper Middle Bogan sat in 12th place with an audience of 687,000.
