Bauer publisher Robyn Foyster departs

Bauer Media women’s magazines publisher, Robyn Foyster, has resigned after two years in the role.  

Foyster, who has overseen the circulation, ad sales, digital platforms and brand extensions for Women’s Day, Good Health, Cosmopolitan, Madison, Harper’s Bazaar and Grazia over her tenure, told The Australian she was unsure what was next but it was “time for a change”.

The news was announced internally initially, in an email from publishing director Gerry Reynolds to Bauer staff, B&T understands.

Foyster also edited Bauer’s The Australian Women’s Weekly for two years between 2007 and 2009.  

She has also held roles as lifestyle editor at Seven’s Sunrise, editor-in-chief of Pacific Magazines’ New Idea and editorial director for Pacific Magazines’ Girlfriend
