BMF has recruited young creative team, Jim Curtis and Ryan Fitzgerald, from DDB Sydney.
The duo were named in B&T’s 30 under 30 awards last year, won two Silver Radio Lions in Cannes for Volkswagen’s fatigue detection technology and were also finalists in last year’s Cannes Young Lions.
Justin Ruben, creative director BMF, said: “Jim and Ryan's book showed a level of insight and craft that was way beyond their years. We're delighted to welcome them into BMF to exercise their creative talents into our department.”
Copywriter Curtis and art director Fitzgerald have worked with big name clients including McDonald’s, Telstra, Cadbury and the Australian Defence Force.
The duo, who are both originally from Melbourne, were featured in B&T’s The Brief announcing the 2013 30 under 30 winners (see below).
Their appointment follows that of Droga5’s Cam Blackley who is replacing outgoing husband and wife creative team, Laura Sampedro and Carlos Alija.
