A winning night for Seven

My Kitchen Rules cooked up another night of success for Seven, scoring an audience of 1.9 million across Australia’s five metro cities.

Along with Seven News, which attracted an audience of 1.196m, MKR led the way to the network grabbing 35.3% of the audience share between the hours of 6pm and midnight last night.

SBS1 made a rare appearance in the top 20 most popular free-to-air TV shows last night with its airing of Who Do You Think You Are? with comedian Adam Hills (pictured). The show pulled in 552,000 viewers.

Behind Nine News, Seven’s Today Tonight and Home and Away, The Biggest Loser: Next Generation won an audience of 753,000 putting it in ninth place in the top 20.

Channel Nine won 20.5% of the total audience share, followed by Ten with 18.5%.
