For more than a decade, B&T’s 30 Under 30 Awards has propelled the careers of some of the advertising, marketing and media industry’s most promising talent. Some of the industry’s leading founders, directors and luminaries had their first moments in the spotlight at B&T’s 30 Under 30 Awards.

Each week, B&T will take a look back at the journeys of some of our 30 Under 30 winners to find out how they’re still changing the world and why there’s still so much more to come.

On-time entries for this year’s B&T 30 Under 30 Awards are closing this Friday! Don’t miss out — step up and stand out. Late entries close on 6 February 2026.

Brittany Stella’s journey is anything but linear–and that’s why it’s been such an adventure. Since winning the Awards in 2019, Brittany Stella moved to Austria to head up owned programming in culture.

“When the opportunity came to move with Red Bull to their HQ in Salzburg at the beginning of Covid, I took it. Going from the city to the Austrian Alps was an amazing reset and exposure to a world I knew nothing about – from there, I’ve been lucky to travel across Europe and the US and land in London,” she told B&T.

In 2023, Stella took her next step with Redbull, moving to London to head up global social and audio partnerships.

“Working in a global team really expands your mind and gives you more perspective – in both your ideas and collaborating in teams,” she added.

Winning the Awards “gave me a great sense of validation for hard work and exposure to other leaders in the media industry that I’m grateful for”.

Throughout her journey, Stella has remained curious and open to new experiences. “It’s important to be open to what is new around us – from the creator economy, to AI and changing definitions of what constitutes a podcast – always being inspired and integrating this into partnerships whilst maintaining an entrepreneurial mindset in the day to day is crucial to my work”.

Above all, Stella couldn’t have done it without the people around her supporting her. “If you don’t feel supported, move onto the next place,” she said.

Are you the next Brittany Stella? Enter this year’s B&T 30 Under 30 Awards to step up and stand out. Late entries close on 6 February 2026.

This article appears in B&T’s 75th anniversary print annual, a limited-edition coffee table book releasing in February.
