1000heads has strengthened its regional leadership team with the promotion of Lena Habkouk to brand & creator experience director and the appointment of Daniella Brenner as social strategy director.
Lena Habkouk will report directly to Rob Ford, managing director APAC, while Daniella Brenner will report to Michelle Braslin, client services director APAC, and both roles are effective immediately.
In the newly created role, Habkouk will lead the 1000heads relationship team across APAC, managing thousands of creators, as well as oversee the “custom physical” function, which brings brand experiences to life through events and experiential activations.
With more than 15 years’ experience across digital strategy, influencer marketing, and brand development, Habkouk has been instrumental in 1000heads’ regional growth and has delivered integrated flagship work for brands including Google, Amazon, and UNIQLO.
Habkouk has worked with brands across Australia, the US, Asia, and Europe to build creator ecosystems that pair data-driven talent selection with editorial discipline and ensuring brands show up with purpose, not just presence. She also architects experience design that connects social to the physical world through conversational, community-led moments.
Joining the agency as social strategy director, Daniella Brenner will lead the strategy and insights team across APAC. Brenner brings experience from work for brands such as Lidl GB and a portfolio spanning retail, FMCG, fitness, and technology. Most recently, she headed the social and influencer department at Hello, driving creator partnerships and social-first storytelling.
